01 / Everyday essentials

Less scattered.
More room for your day.

Organize what is coming up, find what matters and keep your next steps close at hand.

01

A calendar that keeps up

View appointments, schedule tasks and track recurring occurrences. Authorized Apple calendars can appear alongside your HomeLab calendars.

02

Lists that move things forward

Keep tasks and shopping together, check off completed items and make room in your calendar for tasks that need it.

03

Contacts where you need them

Find your contacts and the details you need to reach them. Access to Apple contacts on iPhone requires your permission.

04

Documents within reach

Browse and organize files. In phone mode, work with HomeLab documents and the folders you explicitly select.

05

A clear view of your day

The Today view and briefing bring useful items together. Alarms, notifications and Live Activities help you keep track of what comes next.

06

Email in your daily workflow

Connect a compatible mailbox to read messages and prepare emails. Sending requires confirmation.

02 / Your way of working

Your phone.
Your choice.

On your phone

Start without a HomeLab server. HomeLab data stays in app storage, alongside the Apple integrations you authorize.

No server to install

With your personal server

Connect the app to your own compatible server to access your environment’s data and the features it provides.

A connection you configure

03 / At your pace

With or without an assistant.

Use the app’s screens directly, or the “Sans IA” mode for simple commands. Jarvis is a separate option: Apple on-device AI on a compatible device, or an online provider configured with your own key.

Review Jarvis proposals before confirming. Available features depend on the selected mode, permissions and configured provider.

Your day, on your wrist.

Check your calendar on Apple Watch and follow ongoing activities on iPhone with Live Activities. Watch and its widgets need to be configured on your devices.

04 / Good to know

Before you start

How do I get the app?

HomeLab is in beta. Request access by email; TestFlight invitations are sent after approval. This page does not offer a public download or automatic access.

Which device do I need?

An iPhone running iOS 26 or later. Apple Intelligence features require a compatible device and an available Apple model. Apple Watch is optional.

Do I need a server or AI?

No. Phone mode lets you get started without a HomeLab server. The regular screens and Sans IA mode remain available without an AI provider.

How does data access work?

Phone integrations require their corresponding iOS permissions. An online AI provider receives the data needed for the requests you send to it, according to your configuration.

Does the assistant run all the time?

iOS may suspend the app. HomeLab does not promise an always-running assistant or email connection in the background. Alarms and notifications use iOS services.

A place for everything.
A starting point for your day.
